We first discuss your project with you: the phase it is in, the ERP application and the expertise you are missing. Based on that, we propose specialists from the network. You can view their CVs in our CV-Search Portal and assess their experience yourself. We advise you to discuss the assignment with the proposed specialist before it starts. Within the network, specialists share experiences in knowledge and mastery sessions.
Yes, you can make knowledge transfer part of the assignment. Agree in advance which knowledge your team needs and how it will be transferred, for example through workshops, mentoring or hands-on training. Whether a specialist also trains your team depends on the person and the assignment, so mention it when you request a specialist and we will take it into account in our proposal.
